Nicky Boatwright

Nicky Boatwright received a B.A. from Texas Tech University, a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. She has also attended Axion Analytical Laboratories Training Institute for DWI Blood Analysis, the National College of DUI Defense Advanced Courses in both Blood Alcohol Analysis, Blood Drug Analysis and is trained to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and Breath Tests. Nicky has been a speaker for several Advanced Criminal Law seminars and conferences. Her primary focus is DWI and DUI defense. Additional areas of practice include drug crimes, misdemeanors, felonies, probation revocation and assaults. Nicky is admitted to practice and is a member in good standing of the Texas State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She is past-president and a current member of the Lubbock Criminal Defense Attorneys and a current member in the Lubbock County Bar Association, the National College of DUI Defense, DUI Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Independent Bar Association. She is a recipient of Lubbock's Destination Dignity Award.
